Casas d'Almedina can handle only part of the booking process or the entire process, the choice is yours.
Singular
We do singular cleaning, laundry and check-in services
for owners who just can't be there to do it themselves.
Full
Owners get 65% of the total, charged to guests.
The monthly amount may vary throughout the year, but owners will have the peace of mind they eager for. It is to have a business without the problems of the day to day.
This type of management requires all the transparency and includes all the operational management, management of reservations and commissions to the sites, billing and channel manager.
In alternative you can just pay a 35% commission fee.including VAT
Operational
Where the owner determines the price and does his own management of reservations and we do all the operational work, from check-in till the final cleaning.
Because it is based on a provision of services, owners only pay a fix value per reservation, regardless of the number of days in that reservation. Owners are solely responsible for the amount they receive per month and this way they can determine who is staying in their apartment and for what price.
From €60 per booking
for a one bedroom apartment.
